Looneystein x Rem5 x Modist 

Looneystein handled all of the AR activation and design for Modist Brewing’s “Hex Code” flavor of beer. 

 

Introducing Hex Code, a Pineapple Coconut Marshmallow Lager brewed with Premium Pilsner malt, milk sugar, marshmallows, pineapple, toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla beans.

 

Hex Code is the first craft beer that integrates Augmented Reality (AR) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Consumers we’d able to scan the QR code on the can to experience AR IRL, learn more about partner REM5, and enter a raffle to win an NFT of the label art, tickets to Quantum Mirror, Tours at Modist, and a whole lot more!

Looneystein

Andro Genie #777 is a limited release print by Looneystein, exploring the capabilities of traditional forms of art distribution and new emerging technologies. 

 

Using the static image of the poster, the user unlocks an augmented reality animation through Looneystein's instagram page, allowing them to view and share the secret component to the poster

Looneystein X Future Galerie

Future Galerie is Chicago's most Avant Garde digital art and web3 collective, bringing together the city (and the world's) most cutting-edge design and technology with an aim to create collaboration, community, and opportunities for education and growth. 

​

For the Future Galerie preview event at 900 N MIchigan avenue, Looneystein created an AR piece that is displayed on The Canopy, 900's award-winning digital art display. Guests were greeted by a QR code that acted as both a link and an image tracker for the filter hosted on my Instagram page.
